学院简介 About the College

姑苏百年职业学院是由姑苏科技大学和加拿大百年理工学院合作举行,由江苏省国民政府同意、教育部正式备案的第一所中外合作办学高职院校。其前身是2005年开办的姑苏港大思培科技职业学院,至今已有13年办学历史。学院承前继后,创新睁开,正朝着国内一流的中外合作办学偏向前进。根据学院睁开计划,学院将在三年内引进一批德才兼备的高程度专任教师,为实现学院睁开偏向供给人才网网支撑。

Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is a Sino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education in China. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science and Technology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC). It is approved by People's Government of Jiangsu Province and registered with China's Ministry of Education. According to the college development plan, SCC is planned to introduce and nurture a group of high level teachers of both virtue and ability to provide talent support for the realization of the its development goals.

一、教师请求与条件 Requirements for Teaching Staff

(一)基本请求 Basic Requirements

1、遵纪守法,品行端正,为人师表;

Abide by laws and regulations with good character and exemplary virtue;

2、具有履行岗亭职责应有的基本知识、技能及本质;

Possess professional skills and quality;

3、身体相符岗亭请求;

With good physical conditions;

4、能应用英语授课优先。

Having the ability to teach in English will be preferred.

(二)资历条件 Qualification Requirements

1、获得国内外驰名高校硕士及以上学位;

Have Master's degree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas;

2、原则上年纪在45周岁以内;

Be under the age of 45 in principle;

3、具有踏实的专业知识基础和学术积聚,或有丰富的行业企业从业经验;

Have solid professional knowledge and academic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field;

4、具有如下条件之一,优先考虑:

Priority will be given to those who meet at least one of the following requirements:

(1)具有较强的教学构造能力和学术研究能力,有一定研究效果;

Have strong ability in teaching and academic research, with some researching achievements;

(2)具有中级以上技术职务或相干职业资格;

Possess intermediate professional titles, equivalently lecturer or above;

(3)生手业领域内有较高驰名度,在产学研结合、人才网造就等方面具有较丰富的经验;

With high-profile in related industries, and rich experiences in the combination of "production, teaching and research" and related talent cultivation;

(4)有外洋教育配景或相干工作经验。

Have overseas education or work background.

二、教师的基本职责 Basic Job Responsibilities

1、课程教学:实现黉舍下达的课程教学任务,力图获得优越的教学效果;

Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials, assess students' coursework, set and mark examinations;

2、教书育人:承当对门生的思惟、品格和作风教育任务,言传身教,为人师表;

Undertake ideological and moral education to students, and be a paragon of virtue and learning;

3、实践教学:承当试验课、实训课的指点,门生下企业的实习指点和办理;

Supervise students' research activities;

4、教学打造:介入课程开拓、教材打造等工作;

Responsible for the development of related subjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials;

5、教学与学术研究:介入教学研究,和本专业学术研究;

Undertake research projects and actively contribute to the institution's research profile, write up research and prepare it for publication;

6、企业与社会实践:介入校企合作、企业实践运动,提高专业实践能力;

Establish collaborative links outside the college with industrial, commercials and public organizations;

7、承当黉舍支配的其余相干工作。

Undertake other work tasks as assigned by the College.

四、引进报酬 Compensation and Benefits

1、薪资报酬包含基本工资、绩效工资、补助补贴等,详细根据资历条件面议;

Remuneration package includes base salary, merit pay, seniority allowance, etc.. The specific amounts will be based on the teacher's personal qualifications;

2、供给弥补医疗和意外伤害商业保险;

Provide additional commercial work-related injury insurance and medical insurance;

3、享用体检、旅游、节沐日福利等其余学院福利;

Provide annual physical check, traveling, festival allowances and other benefits;

五、招聘程序 Recruitment Procedures

2、学院稽核小组检查应聘资格,构造面试稽核,并确定候选人;

The college interview panel checks the qualifications of applicants, conducts interview and nominates the candidates;

3、学院研究确定录取对象、通知体检;体检合格者,学院发放录取通知。

The College makes the hiring decision, and offers the employment to the candidates who pass the medical check-up.
